Delivery Policy

EroticSA undertakes to do everything possible to ensure the secure and on time delivery of all your purchases. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding the policy, feel free to contact us.

This policy applies only to items purchased via the EroticSA website, EroticSA will deliver to any location therefore delivery charges may very, however these charges will be made clear at the time of purchase so that you only pay once. Please check your order, contact and address details carefully before you submit it as changes cannot be made once you have received confirmation of your order. The address you supply will be the one we deliver to.

Delivery takes up to 15 working days, depending on your location. Should an ordered item be out of stock or any other delay in delivery is necessary, we will make every effort to contact you and place your purchase on back order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION: Upon order placement, please check your confirmation email immediately to ensure the “ship to” address is correct. Should the address be incorrect, please contact us immediately.

CANCELLATIONS: Once your order is complete, and has been processed, cancellation of your order, if allowed, is not subject to a cancellation fee or a restocking charge if the order has not been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched before notice of cancellation, all cost of shipping, including return shipping will not be refunded.

DAMAGE: It is the customer’s responsibility to open the package and inspect the items upon delivery. Packages that appear to be damaged should be immediately reported to the freight carrier. Damage due to shipping is the sole responsibility of the freight carrier. All claims are to be made by the customer directly with the carrier. Shipping carriers will not honour late claims.

NOTIFICATION: We must be notified of all return claims within 7 calendar days of delivery date of your order.  You must contact us first to obtain authorization for the return.  We will give you instructions on how to ship the return.  Do not return items without prior authorization.  We will not accept shipments to us without a confirmed return authorization. Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 14 calendar days.
